Wang Hao, what does

Not having to choose between career and family but having a job that enables me to do both, to hold a responsible position in the company and still have enough free time that I can spend with my wife and child.

Wang Hao joined FEV China in 2011 as a commissioning engineer. After professional training and several years of practical experience, Wang Hao has become an important commissioning engineer. Long business trips to the customer's site became a frequent part of his work. He wanted to change this when he became a father.

Wang Hao therefore wanted to spend more time at home with his family. FEV enabled him to change jobs internally. In his new position as Laboratory Team Leader, he no longer had to make long business trips.

Meanwhile Wang Hao has a management position and his child is 3 years old and he enjoys the work life balance that FEV enables him.
