Production

Test equipment serves to assess and monitor components and assemblies with regard to compliance with the prescribed tolerances and functions. It is needed in order to sample the first manufactured components and for subsequent series production quality monitoring. In doing so, FEV supports another area of the test equipment spectrum through the design, construction, and manufacturing of measurement gauges, control gauges, and cubing models.

Furthermore, the production and assembly aids serve to ensure consistent quality during assembly and production, as well as the simplification and acceleration of the processes and, respectively, relief for the workers. Here, FEV amends the fixture construction with another area from the system construction spectrum – specifically, with special systems for conveyor technology / heavy-load conveyor technology.
