Aachen, November 2022 – FEV’s employees occupy the top spot among German companies in the automotive industry thanks to the level of their qualifications. This was the conclusion of a study conducted by the personnel consultancy CASE (candidate select GmbH). It evaluated 1.5 million profiles of employees from more than 650 companies based in Germany. A total of ten industries were in focus, with 50 companies examined in the automotive sector.

“We always look for the best qualified candidates and continuously develop the individual skills of our colleagues. The fact that FEV’s experts are rated as the No. 1 in the automotive industry is a great success that reflects our philosophy and also our aspiration: we want to work with the brightest minds, we are curious, unconventional and combine the most diverse disciplines and cultures,” said Prof. Stefan Pischinger, CEO of FEV Group. “The goal is always to develop ideas and solutions that set standards worldwide and give our customers and partners the decisive edge.”

The personnel consulting company CASE, which is a spin-off of the University of Bonn (Germany), has developed a score to measure differences in performance with regard to the academic qualifications of employees. With its help, university graduates from different contexts can be compared more meaningfully and thus more fairly, without being too one-sidedly focused on titles or grades. In the current Employer Ranking 2022 – divided into ten industrial sectors – CASE evaluated the qualifications of employees from a total of 659 companies based in Germany. The evaluation was carried out by an algorithm based on publicly available web profiles.
