Aachen, July 2021 – FEV, a global leader in vehicle and powertrain development for hardware and software headquartered in Aachen, is donating EUR 100,000 as immediate aid for the victims of the flood disaster.

To this end, the company’s employees, works council and management have jointly launched the internal fundraising campaign “FEV helps!”. In addition to the donation of EUR 100,000 by FEV, employees and members of the company can also support this fundraising campaign to help the people affected by the floods.

All donations from the “FEV hilft!” collection campaign will go to the alliance of aid organizations “Aktion Deutschland hilft”, so that the contributions from FEV and the company’s employees are distributed fairly and used directly for disaster relief.

“We are shocked by the events that have taken place in Germany over the course of the flood disaster in recent days. With this donation, we would like to make a contribution to the reconstruction of the affected areas and at the same time encourage the victims that they will not be left alone with their fate,” says Professor Stefan Pischinger, CEO of the FEV Group.
