    • End to End Responsible for all software deliverables of the project
    • Lead the software core team and represent the SW project towards the Project Management Team, SW Line Management and the Customer
    • Ensure that the SW project is executed according to the valid development processes (internal process, ASPICE, ISO26262)

    • Provides effort estimation and time scheduling in coordination with software, system and other disciplines.
    • Develop automotive electric powertrain related functions (battery management systems control) at application level.
    • Develop and implement signal processing, close loop control, diagnosis and monitoring functions for battery management systems
    • System architecture, strategy development and requirements definition for component control functions
    • Unit and component level modeling and testing with OEM specific toolchain based on Matlab / Simulink.
    • Implementation and test case creation according to requirements.
    • Producing technical documentation, requirements and reports.
    • Validate implemented functionalities on XiL (MiL, SiL, HiL)
    • Technical discussions with customer and other FEV sites.

    Implement Config/Version/Variant Management in Project

    Establish automation for Config/Version/Variant management via DevOps concept

    •     Define & Document the tools to create technical documentation

    • Processing of the purchase requisitions from ERP system
    • Check documentation, prices, quantities & approval workflow
    • Process the IC Purchase orders in the ERP system
    • Collaboration with different departments regarding several inquiries

  • Hydrogen is becoming a crucial part of the mobility transition. To bring hydrogen-based propulsion to competitiveness hydrogen production needs to be expanded, prices need to decrease and supply chains need to be established internationally. This master thesis targets the evaluation of technical and economical potential of high voltage direct current infrastructure combined with local hydrogen production in the EU (and North Africa).

    Your tasks:

    • Demand-side and supply-side market evaluation
    • Technical design and economical calculation of an initial HVDC grid to link relevant supply and demand sites
    • calculation of average hydrogen production costs
    • You will develop and analyse (fail-operational) power supply system concepts for the intelligent mobility of the future
    • You will investigate the interaction of the power supply system with other vehicle functions and systems, e.g. in the field of autonomous driving
    • You will enable power supply systems for future driving functions and independently coordinate the interfaces to other development areas
    • You specify diagnostic and energy management functions to ensure the safety of the power supply system and thus enable automated driving functions
    • Be part of a young, dynamic and ambitious development team with a scientific background
    • If interested and qualified, there are also opportunities for doctoral studies
