  • We are looking for a smart, automotive passionate candidate with strong engineering skills to join our team working on some of the FEV crucial projects. Depending on your qualification you can participate in one of our new numerical simulation projects concerning (1) cooling system and thermal management simulation, (2) vehicle simulation and powertrain concept layout or (3) combustion and calibration analysis. 

    • Your tasks depending on the project:

      • simulation of energy and heat flux distribution within complete hybrid and conventional powertrains
      • evaluation of longitudinal vehicle dynamics, fuel consumption and exhaust emissions
      • evaluation of combustion process efficiency

    • Development of numerical models in GT-Suite (optional: MATLAB/Simulink)
    • Preparation of reports and presentation of results for customers
    • Software development for automotive electric drivetrain (BMS, Inverter)
    • Identification of requirements, design and programming
    • Simulation in MATLAB/Simulink (Model-Based Development) and related code generation
    • Startup and calibration using dedicated toolchain
  • Within a challenging and interesting satellite project for one of our customers your role as a Satellite and Ground Operations Engineer will comprise the following tasks:

    • Elaboration of Satellite Operational Concepts
    • Satellite Operations execution
    • Development of Ground Systems Concepts
    • Operational Test planning and satellite operations training
    • Production and validation of Flight Procedures
    • Coordination and trade-off requirements for mission with Systems Engineering incorporating operability requirements
    • Flow-down of requirements for Ground Segment & Operations
    • Interface Management to Suppliers, Subcontractors and to the Space Segment Team
    • Production of Operation Handbooks
    • Support engineering of the Spacecraft Simulator

    •  Checking defect in terms of content and also technically
    •  Evaluation of defect, verification and classification
    •  Identify and document the defect root cause
    •  Document the solution and share with system/department responsible;
