    • Installing automation system to control battery & powertrain test benches at customer facilities

  • • Contribute to development of Automotive electric/electronic components and subsystems like: 

    power converters (AC/DC, DC/DC), battery management system (BMS) hardware, On board 

    chargers, ECUs, power supplies

    • Analogic/digital electronic design for automotive components, electrical architecture, electrical 

    simulations and PCB layout design;

    • HW requirements engineering for automotive components

    • Conducting or managing tests, specialist measurements, investigation works and environment 

    characterization

    • Management of projects ensuring on time and accurate delivery of contractual deliverables

    • Processes and manages large amounts of data
    • Analyses and visualises data partly with Big Data methods and technologies 
    • Is Responsible for requirements management, system concepts and architecture, as well as implementation and testing

    • You will use our modern test facilities such as hardware engine or powertrain-in-the-loop test benches 
    • You develop or improve use cases for virtual calibration, working closely with modeling and application experts
    • You optimize and define sequence controls for the automation of test campaigns at the HiL
    • You work on application packages on XiL test benches and complete the task with vehicle tests, including test drives.

    • Specifies and designs validation methods for existing and new ADAS/AD functions
    • Collaborates with the systems engineering and function development teams to achieve end-user/customer objectives through a structured (model-based) systems engineering approach
    • Who defines the test strategy, planning and execution of real-world evaluations of ADAS functions via vehicle/HIL/virtual testing as well as on public roads
    • Designing detailed test cases for system verification and validation
    • Supports on-site testing activities and ensures proper execution of system and vehicle tests
    • Defines and supports the coordination process between the system test team and the component development teams (either internally at FEV or at the customer/supplier)
    • Participates in the continuous improvement of the technical competences and process development of the work area within the FEV team
    • Possibly takes over the sub-project management in the work area
    • Is customer-oriented and willing to travel on project-related trips
    • Supports technical presentations at customer meetings
    • Specifies use cases, functional and technical requirements as well as the system architecture and test requirements for ADAS/AD functions and systems
    • Enjoys working with the systems engineering, functional development and functional safety teams to achieve end-user/customer objectives through a structured (model-based) system development approach
    • Participates in the continuous improvement of the technical competences and process development of the work area within the FEV team
    • Possibly takes over sub-project management in the work area
