    Adaptation and configuration of the automation system controlling the powertrain test bench, according to customer requirements. Commissioning and post-commissioning support.

    • Quality check and detailed pre-analyse for issues identified during development phase for different vehicles/EE systems
    •  Checking defect in terms of content and also technically
    •  Evaluation of defect, verification and classification
    •  Identify and document the defect root cause
    • Document the solution and share with system/department responsible
  •  Experienced Engineer (Automotive Engineering, E/E Engineering);
    • Experience in the fields of vehicle and powertrain E/E with relevant experience;
    • Good knowledge of E/E architecture, Electrical wiring, Control devices, Sensors / Actuators, Networking / Communication;
    • Experience with the specification and development of vehicle electronics;
    • Experience for testing of systems/components in the vehicle network;
    • Experience in the field of hybrid and electric vehicle;
    • Experience in dealing with customers and strong customer orientation;
    • Experience as project coordinator / manager and supplier management;
    • Very good communication ability combined with a sovereign appearance;
    • Good English in spoken and written, as well as good computer skills; French/German is a plus;
    • High degree of creativity, flexibility and resilience;
    • Team orientation as well as the ability to work independently; 
    • Available for traveling;

    • Realization of test bench data analysis tools
    • Analysis of test bench measurement data
    • Preparation of presetation / reports for clients
    • Realization of a heat release analysis tool in Matlab/Simulink environment
    • Act as a team member of the internal IT department of the group and provide 1st  level technical support
    • Be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
    • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
    • Direct issues to the next level of support personnel
    • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
    • Follow-up and update customer status and information
    • Maintain a high degree of the internal customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
    • Take ownership of user queries and be proactive when dealing with user issues
    • Create tickets using the ticketing tool (Classic Desk)
    • Ticket re-assignment to L2 if ticket unsolved by L1 (where ever applicable)
    • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
    • Set up of an existing OS on embedded hardware
    • Development and integration of security-related functionalities
    • Simulation setup of an in-vehicular network
    • Inspection of data exchange over the in-vehicular network
    • Creation of system and code documentation
    • Sales support mainly for German customers
    • Support in proposal writing and calculation
    • Support in customer support and relationship building
    • General support e.g. data management and evaluation in reporting systems (ERP, CRM,etc.)
    • Preparation of sales and presentation material
    • Maintenance to customer relevant data e.g. price lists, terms etc.
    • Support and organization of customer meetings
