德国亚琛2022年6月—FEV与固态电池领军企业辉能科技签署谅解备忘录，合作研发固态电池系统。双方利用各自专业优势，基于辉能独有的固态电池（SSB）技术，共同协作开发储能系统。SSB的特性和创新的内部结构要求新的电池概念，具有诸多优势。它们还是合适的储能替代物，能量密度高，适用于运输行业在内的广泛应用。

根据谅解备忘录，全球领先工程服务供应商FEV和辉能科技将以辉能的固态电池技术为基础，共同致力于为客户开发电池系统、销售活动及电芯/模组验证。

FEV在电池开发领域拥有多年经验。电池系统定制设计和集成考虑了电池管理系统（BMS）以及电芯、模组和电池包。我们会根据不同的应用，提供高功率密度或高能量密度的解决方案。位于德国莱比锡附近的eDLP，是FEV运营着的世界上最大的独立电池开发和高压电池测试中心。

纯电动汽车电池在安全性、能量密度、成本和使用寿命方面需求大幅度增加。同电动汽车中常用的液态电解质锂离子电池相比，固态电池优势大，是最有前景的技术之一。固态电池还有额外里程优势，在相同容量下重量更轻，体积更小。“为了充分利用这项技术，核心竞争力涉及电芯开发、电池包层面集成和控制技术算法。否则能量密度、使用寿命和安全性上的优势只能部分实现。”Pischinger教授说道。
