  • The mission of the FEV Financial Audit & Advisory Manger is to provide independent and objective assurance and advisory services on the adequacy and effectiveness of group finance policies and internal control system designed to add value and improve the operations. You report directly to the FEV Group Chief Financial Officer and the Head of Finance with Swift replies for the execution of your following Tasks:

    • Manage onsite and remote audits by reviewing business processes
    • Communicate, document and track results or findings from your audits / investigations
    • Identify and assess operational and financial risks and recommend appropriate actions and measures
    • Lead and implement special measures or projects
    • Develop FEV’s group audit framework, policies, guidelines and best practices
    • Achieve compliance with the audit framework and design training concepts and tutorials
    • Consult managers and employees to work efficient in line with the audit framework and FEV group values
    • Liquidity management
    • Currency and interest rate hedging
    • Organisation of internal and external credit lines
    • Management of global financial instruments (factoring, leasing, letters of credit, guarantees, etc.)
    • Preparation of global Treasury policies and guidelines
    • SAP4Hana Global Key User in Treasury
    • Standardization, description and digitalization of Treasury processes
    • Alignment of system requirements of software-intense systems (e.g. driving assistance systems, highly integrated electrified powertrains, driving dynamics controls, infotainment applications)
    • Design of system and software architectures according to established architectural design patterns
    • Modeling of requirements and architecture (dynamic and static) in UML/SysML
    • Definition and retrieval of suited quality indicators for architecture evaluation
    • Takeover of subproject lead tasks
    • Technical support of acquisition of new projects
    • Technical instruction of new project team members
    • Support of consulting, project ramp-up and transfer of results (e.g. method implementation/training; also, vehicle commissioning) on customer site by business traveling

    • Development of presentations and application-oriented solutions
    • Conduct performance analysis and create result presentations 
    • Preparation and attendance of customer meetings
    • Literature review on the modelling approaches of fuel cell systems including stack and BoP (balance of plant) components 
    • Development of simulation models for fuel cell systems and the integration of these models in existing vehicle models 
    • Implementation of the developed models in Matlab/Simulink and GT-Suite
    • Validation of simulation results against the measurement data
    • Documentation of the results
    • Specification of power electronics components, E/E hardware and interfaces
    • Simulation of electric power and signal ciruits
    • Comissioning and debugging of printed circuit boards, power stages and systems
    • Specification and conduction of component measurements and e-drive system tests
    • Reporting of simulation and measurement results to customers
    • Vehicle and test bench support
    • Traveling and business trips to customers abroad

       

    • Lead gasoline calibration team (>20 people) including base calibration, emission, start ability, drivability, OBD, Safety, fuel consumption calibrations for gasoline powertrains and hybrid vehicles.
    • Responsible for the general management of engineers and personal development of engineers by daily coaching.
    • Responsible for the team spirit build-up and teamwork reinforcement
    • Responsible for employee care and company value realization
    • Build-up and maintenance of detailed calibration methodology and process
    • Support engineers to solve problems in work
    • Lead technical discussions and deliver solutions
    • Report to upper managers and early escalate risks
    • Expand calibration business in conjunction with sales
    • Deliver project plan, technical proposals and budget quotations in acquisition phase
    • Responsible for project cost and profitability target achievement
    • Present in front of customers for project and acquisition purpose
    • Acquisition and management of projects within the framework of interdisciplinary consulting projects with assumption of responsibility, in particular with regard to production technology topics
