  • • Responsibility for the global SAP S/4 HANA rollout of the FEV Group as the SAP program and project manager

    • Early detection of plan deviations and initiation of corrective actions

    • Regular reporting to the steering committee including the preparation of target-oriented decision

  • • Support PMO Set up and steering of projects from the FEV IT department

    • Ensure proper project setup and deliverables including project planning/performance measurement

    • Maintain and track project information in terms of time and budget

    • Determine standards regarding processes and systems in collaboration with the PMO lead, project leads

    • Evaluate and decide on appropriate project methods/tools/templates

    • Definition of regular reporting processes, preparation of regular reports and status updates

    • Creation and management of directory infrastructure • Includes FSMO roles, trusts, Kerberos KDCs, replication topology, etc.
    • Creation of all top-level OU hierarchies with FEV standard sub-OUs, groups, and appropriate security permissions. This includes adding the OU Admins to the AddComputers group, Group Policy Creator Owners group, and OU Admins mail list. It also includes setting appropriate permissions on the created objects and linking of default GPOs
    •  Monitoring and reporting associated with the reliability and security of the domain
    •  Day-to-day management of the domain controllers • Monitoring connectivity, synchronization, replication, netlogon, time services, FSMO roles, schema, NTDS database partitions, DNS settings, SRV records, and trust relationships
    • Review DC event and security logs and take corrective actions
    •  Monitor and resolve security situations at all levels of the domain to ensure a stable and secure domain
    • Physical security of the domain controllers in IT Division space and oversite for all domain controllers  Comply with FEV AD policies and standards as defined on the AD Web Site
    • Monitor compliance with FEV AD policies and standards as defined on the AD Web Site, including Change Management
    •  Install and manage security reporting tools used to monitor changes to the Active Directory
    • Coordinate and configure alarm distribution to OU Admins for OU-related events  Plan and manage all migrations and upgrades related to the AD or the DCs
  • • Plan, design, review test specification and ensure targeted coverage based on functional specifications and requirements documents

    • Create detailed and accurate Issue/Bug Tickets that facilitate resolution

    • Continuously optimize the automated test-coverage

    • Ensure continuous and successful execution of automated test-cases on HIL equipment

    • Flexible with technology languages (C or Python or CAPL)

    • Work together with Software Engineers, Architects and other members of the team to achieve sign-off of test results and completion of testing within scheduled timescales

    • Flexibility to switch between multiple projects to help your fellow team members

    • Assertive communication skills are needed due to direct customer interaction
