通过灵活的测试界面FEV为电池模块创造优势

2021年3月德国亚琛- FEV Software & Testing Solutions(集团负责实现软件和测试应用部门)开发了一套台架上的标准化电池模组测试接口解决方案T-BMS(电池管理系统测试台)。T-BMS将系统简单对标,可测试多种电池模块。无需花大量时间转换和调整测试设备。为电池开发节省开销,缩短电池上市时间。

人们对纯电动汽车的需求日益增加,随之给高效电池系统带来的挑战也越来越多。为支持OEM直面这项挑战,FEV开发了T-BMS测试系统。它是电池开发过程中待测模组和测试台架之间的一个标准化界面。

通过集成BMS客户功能如SoC(荷电状态)或功率预测,该界面也可在相同边界条件下测试电池模组,测试结果后期可在车辆电池管理系统(BMS)中呈现。可为客户有效获取后期系统测试数据,节省宝贵的开发时长。
