    • supports/leads procedural activities to define/adapt processes to different customer projects in the automotive sector
    • defines and adapts processes following ASPICE/ISO26262/ISO21434 guidelines

    • You will take over the development of a concept for the parameterized coupling of thermal interfaces on component and system level for battery electric vehicles
    • You analyze the requirements of the components to be used within thermal systems as well as optimal configurations for different use cases
    • You design a system parametrization based on existing grey-box models, which can represent modularity
    • You integrate the concept into an automated MPC build approach 
    • Develop and implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solution requirements and initiatives and define and support on our security roadmap.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand the organizational needs around DLP, Insider Treat, Data-labeling and related topics.
    • Configure, upgrade, and maintain DLP tools within the organization's environment
    • Provide operational support for related Incidents, including process re-engineering, automation, and documentation.
    • Develop DLP incident response processes and procedures to enhance the organization's security posture.
    • Analyze event data, metrics, and escalation information to identify patterns and trends in high-risk controls. Proactively propose, develop, and implement enhancements to mitigate risks.

    • You are responsible for project management and guidance of a national and international team of engineers and designers in the areas of design, simulation, mechanical set-up and testing
    • You coordinate the supporting development department such as simulation, testing or the vehicle workshop as well as involved suppliers
    • You control the direct success of integration projects via concepts, design, simulation, vehicle builds and testing
    • You take care of the entire development project from concept creation through the layout phase as well as detailing and parts procurement
    • You are responsible for the definition and follow-up of customer requirements and specifications
    • You supervise the vehicle superstructures and conversions in our workshops
    • You establish time and cost schedules and review them regularly
