    • Leadership, organizational and financial planning and execution
    • Supervision of the complete location team (engineering and central departments) to handle daily operation and specific customer projects
    • Responsible for the definition and fulfillment of the financial targets of the location in terms of investment, revenue and profit

    • Create a location culture and metrics, which support the principles of safety, quality, delivery, profit and growth
    • Technical and financial responsibility for gasoline engine calibration projects
    • Presenting project results to customer independently
    • Planning and conduction of solution to comprehensive tasks
    • Making budget independently
    • Supporting to make quotation in considerable projects
    • Guiding colleagues (inexperienced and experienced) in professional aspects
    • Management and monitoring of the business unit vehicle engineering
    • Technical and financial responsibility for the business unit
    • Employee-, invest-, revenue- and profit planning for the business unit
    • Further build-up of local competence and strong business growth
    • Support of sales activities in terms of technical presentations, proposal preparation and price calculation
    • Participation on clients meetings as well as on national and international congresses and events
