    • Tracking of qualification timeline and milestones

    • Team Management
    • Design of Interior Trim parts and components from the first concept to the final produce

    • Taking in charge of management and coordination between internal technical team (suppliers, purchasing, manufacturing) and suppliers
    • Team Management

    • As a team leader or technical specialist, to be responsible for establish the vehicle body design (under body, upper body and closures) related technical system, design standards and processes, etc.
    • To be responsible for vehicle design related technologies research and development, e.g. target setting, lightweight design and optimization, joining technology, materials implementation, manufacturing and synchronous engineering, etc.
    • Establish and lead the project team to finish the design work in vehicle body design projects
    • To be responsible for the training and competence development of vehicle design team
    • Work closely with packaging, chassis design, vehicle integration, attribute development and CAE team
    • Establish and maintain customer relationships
    • Clarify customer technical requirement
    • Prepare project quotation together with engineers of related BUs
    • Negotiate price, payment terms and other commercial conditions with customer

    • Present FEV engineering services portfolio by customer visiting or public events

       

    • Lead and manage gasoline thermodynamics and calibration team including thermodynamic testing, benchmarking, base calibration vehicle and OBD calibration for conventional and hybrid powertrains, in terms of personal, technical and financial management perspectives.
    • Establish FEV group procedures, tools and methodologies, deliver trainings to the team member, and solve technical issues.
    • Supervise projects to ensure successful completion within the project budget and time. Assure compliance with all engineering standards. Assure that the development projects meets quality and customer requirements.
    • Extend team size and competences.
    • Plan and monitoring the daily operation.
    • Fulfill given profit target, given revenue targets.
    • Manage the people in his/her team to ensure team stability and promotion of high performer.
    • Develop new business opportunities in conjunction with sales in an efficient and orderly manner to meet time and cost proposals for new projects.
    • Present in front of customers for project and acquisition purpose

       

    • Lead to set vehicle crash attribution target cooperating with other attribution manager
    • Lead to decompose crash target into assembly/part level
    • Responsible for managing the crash attribution target, evaluating and finalizing target of each level on key points during the development
    • Lead to make development/simulation/validation plan of crash attribution
    • Responsible for coordinating and cooperating with other attribution development team
    • Responsible for troubleshooting during crash attribution development process
    • Responsible for according to the product definition, the competing goods vehicle performance analysis is collected, formulate reasonable performance VTS targets, and communicate with each module performance, promote a reasonable and effective performance goals
    • Responsible for according to the vehicle development time node, node deliverables on time to the project delivery performance, to complete the project node audit
    • Organizations to carry out the real vehicle acceptance review work
    • Responsible for developing the vehicle performance specification development process, responsible for the vehicle performance team construction
    • Responsible for vehicle integration department and project interfaces, VPIT project meeting organization, communicate project information
    • Lead and manage gasoline calibration team (12 people) including base calibration, vehicle and OBD calibrations for gasoline powertrains, in terms of personal, technical and financial management perspectives
    • Transfer FEV group procedures, tools and methodologies, deliver trainings to the team members, and solve technical issues
