    • You operate the FEV combustion chamber test benches (e.g. turbochargers for fuel cells).

    • Execute, analyse and validate OBD tests results 
    • Validation of customer requirement using specific test and methods 
    • Establish the action plan and motivate the involved teams to meet the project targets 
    • Produce documentation for OBD legal purposes 
    • Test driving for OBD data acquisition 
    • OBD calibration development and validation of several engine components 
    • Develop tools for calibration activities  
    • Participation in test trips/validation loops 

     

    • The key project interface to the customers and FEV engineering teams 

    • Working closely with cross-functional engineering teams to motivate and ensure successful project delivery 

    • Generating realistic, achievable project plans and driving these through to completion 

    • Working with the Sales Team to realise opportunities  

    • Providing updates to management on the state of projects and developing action plans to resolve issues 

    • Manage the budgets, costs and forecasting cost to complete for the projects 

     

    • Development and application of the current and future requirements for Functional Safety (ISO 26262) for ePowertrain systems, e-machines, power electronics, battery and fuel cell systems and their controls 
    • Ensure compliance with the relevant safety standards 
    • Create/review & maintain Item definition, Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment. 
    • Develop/review Functional Safety concept & Technical safety concept 
    • Analyse and define Safety requirements (Functional Safety requirements and Technical safety requirements) 
    • Conduct Safety analyses (FTA, FMEA, HAZOP) 
    • Leading technical discussions with suppliers & customers on Functional Safety. 
    • Performing or supporting Tool evaluation & qualification 
    • Creating the test cases for verification and validation of safety requirements. 
    • Support functional safety audits and assessments 
    • Support Functional Safety manager in development of safety plan and safety case.

    • Test and validate xEV-powertrain systems and vehicle application features 
    • Support software integration and validation tasks at vehicle level 
    • Specification and automation of test cases in close coordination with the function developers 
    • Calibration of powertrain and vehicle functions 
    • Execution of automated and manual tests on HiLs, PiLs and in vehicles 
    • Creation of test reports, plans, analysis of quality defects, tracking of defects found and communication to support resolution 
    • Design reviews of distributed systems at project gateways
    • Creation of test plans using verification methodology
    • Coordination of Vehicle, HIL and Breadboard testing
    • Perform vehicle testing and analysing results
    • Support Feature Delivery Team with issue management and tracking
    • FMEA for the distributed system
    • Reporting of test results and lead issue investigations
