YOU are someone who …
- defines a technical roadmap and strategy for the Germany-wide development and leadership of the E/E Design technology with topics such as model-based development, expansion of a requirements database, E/E architecture, overarching functions such as diagnostics and on-board network or new hardware platforms
- builds a team that runs E/E Design in exciting and profitable projects and has future-proof competencies
- defines and implementation of a location strategy in the global network of FEV.io
- establishes a collaboration model together with the technology managers of the Software Design and System Design departments
- actively establishes and implements an interface to our Solutions Systems Engineering, Cyber Security & Functional Safety, ADAS/AD, SW&EE Platforms, SW&E/E Industrialization, Connected Mobility
YOU have ...
- completed a master's degree in the fields of electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering or equivalent
- already gained professional experience in the technical areas of responsibility as well as in the disciplinary leadership and training of competence leaders
- a team-oriented and structured way of working in order to achieve company goals together
- enjoy new technologies and have strong learning and communication skills
- the goal to put employees first, to set a high value on innovation and to bring our customers to the next level in partnerships
- business fluent in German and English
