In those cases, where experts from multiple areas of the company must continuously collaborate throughout the lifecycle of a project, FEV has formed multi-disciplinary project teams.

Occasionally, these project teams develop into complete new business areas, requiring a more formal structure. These competence centers are formed with engineers from various areas of the company to ensure that all of the key technical disciplines are available to the multi-disciplinary team. These formally defined teams then become fully functional, internal resources that can be made directly available to our customers.
